DDA217-01 Protocol Converter for Asynchronous Data

This free-standing unit connects between a host RC&M system and one or more items of equipment, and converts protocols between those supported on the host and that required by the equipment.

The unit may also be configured to emulate specific command sets. Both host and equipment serial ports may be configured to support RS-232 or 4-wire RS-422/485.
